Wonderful overall experience. Wonderful hotel, exceptionally comfortable beds, new-fashioned rooms. Appetising food for all meals. Wonderful stuff and quick to respond. Had unbeatable and marvellous location close to the beach, a short walk to Pigeon Rocks in Raouche. And short walk to the beautiful promenade and the center of Beirut and nearby vital spots.

Its location just a short stroll away from Hamra was good. Had new-fashioned room with private bathroom and a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a mini fridge bar. There was very kind staff and the service was excellent.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was newly renovated and spacious, with comfortable furniture and a mini kitchenette. The AC worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The location of this place is amazing, with easy access to all the main attractions in the city. The breakfast served here was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is an excellent option, excellent price, perfect friendly staff, newly furnished clean spacious rooms, very good location, the only disadvantage is the restaurant and the view, but don't forget that you are in lebanon you can eat anywhere. In my opinion the hotel is highly recommended for anyone who is not going with an agency. best value for money.

If the room is interconnected with other one, you can hear sounds from the other side. They have only a single door to seperate the rooms.

The hotel is well-located, close to beautiful public walks and peaceful residential areas. There are some good cafes and shops nearby. The room was moderately comfortable with a decent bed, clean bathroom, and basic amenities like air conditioning. Breakfast was adequate but not particularly memorable. The WiFi worked well throughout the property.

The hotel staff did not seem very interested in making our stay comfortable or providing good service.

The hotel was more than we had hoped for in many respects. It was clean and unpretentious. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size with a sofa and small table . There was a flat screen tv with quite good reception but no instructions for programming. There was a little kitchenette and fridge which was very useful. We asked for a quiet room and got one.Staff were pleasant and helpful. Our experience was a very good one and we hope to use them again in the future.

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. The air conditioning sometimes didn't come one. It would have been nice just to have a bottle of water in the room on arrival but there was a lovely refreshing rose water drink at reception which was delicious.

Close to the coast in Beirut, not too far from the airport, direct route avoiding traffic, room with sitting area and kitchen. Comfortable bed and pillows, good value for money.

Couldn't seem to get the airconditioning to work the night I arrived, it wasn't clear if it was on or off, back of remote control for TV kept falling off.

The bathroom was not as clean as expected, and the plumbing seemed to be not working properly. Wi-Fi did not work and we experienced some noise from outside the room.
